Terms and Conditions for Rental of Floral Arrangements Rentals With Perennial Rentals LLC
By renting our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Delivery Policy
Perennial Rentals LLC offers complimentary delivery within a 30-mile radius from agreed upon location, which will be determined at time of booking. For any distance beyond this, a round-trip charge of $1.50 will apply, which you agree to pay upon renting with us.
2. Payment Terms
-To secure your date and any services provided by Perennial Rentals LLC, a signed contract and initial 50% retainer are required. This retainer is nonrefundable.
-We offer a one-time up-front payment. This option must be used to take advantage of any sales/ promotions.
3. Remaining Balance Payment Terms
- Remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding or event. Failure to make this payment will result in the cancellation of the order, and flowers and decor will not be ordered.
- If the balance is not paid by the due date, the client will be granted a 7-day grace period to submit payment, during this time, the client will be responsible for a 10% late fee based on the total cost of rentals.
4. Disclaimer
- By renting our floral arrangements, you acknowledge that while some flowers may appear real and are named after actual flowers, they may be artificial and only resemble the real flowers for which they are named.

Additionally, only Perennial Rentals LLC team members are authorized to move our arrangements. Perennial Rentals LLC will not be held responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance with this policy
5. Last-Minute Additions
- Any last-minute additions must be submitted 30 days prior to the wedding. Availability of specific flowers and pricing will be subject to current stock, with efforts made to match color and style as closely as possible.
6. Substitutions
- Perennial Rentals LLC reserves the right to make substitutions in the event that any flowers or decor are found to be unsuitable in quality. The overall integrity of the proposed look and color scheme will be maintained, and flowers of equivalent value will be used. We will notify you if a dyed flower is used, and we will not be liable for any staining to garments resulting from their use.
7. Adjustments to Order
- Adjustments can be made to your invoice at the time of the initial retainer. Significant additions or reductions can be made until the balance is paid in full, with a guaranteed minimum payment of 85% of the original proposal. Perennial Rentals’ liability is limited to a full refund of amounts paid, minus the retainer fee.
8. Pricing Adjustments
- Due to fluctuating flower prices, any increases in costs for fresh flowers will be passed on to the customer. You will be notified promptly of such changes, and an invoice for the additional costs will be sent for payment within 30 days of the event.
9. Setup and Moving Fees
- The rental price covers one setup at one location only. Additional fees will apply for moving rental items from the ceremony to the reception or any other location. Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are large and require disassembly for transport. Only our designated team is permitted to move these items due to insurance regulations.
- Please ensure that your venue can accommodate our rentals.
10. Delivery and Pickup Times
- All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time no later than 9:00 PM. Pickups after this time will incur an additional fee as follows:
- 9:30 PM: $50
- 10:00 PM: $100
- 10:30 PM: $150
- 11:00 PM: $200
- 11:30 PM: $250
- 12:00 AM: $300
11. Product Handling
- Rentals must not be left outside overnight, including altars, arches, backdrops, and all floral arrangements. Our arches must be protected from rain, and if inclement weather is anticipated, we will retrieve them early.
- No unauthorized personnel may transport, disassemble, or move our products without prior written approval.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at twice the rental price of the item. Items not returned within the rental period will incur a charge of four times the rental cost, allowing you to keep the item. Your credit card information will be securely stored and deleted upon return of the items.
12. Event Decor Consistency
- All decor must be communicated to Perennial Rentals LLC to maintain consistency for your wedding/event. Any decor not provided by us is not guaranteed, even if integrated with our items. We reserve the right to make necessary alterations to ensure consistency.
13. Venue Limitations
- Perennial Rentals LLC is subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. It is the customer's responsibility to negotiate any necessary modifications. Reimbursements will not be issued for unused items due to venue restrictions not disclosed to us.
14. Cancellation Policy
- The client acknowledges the retainer paid is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation. This retainer serves to secure the reservation of services for the client's event date preventing the acceptance of other bookings. The retainer also helps cover any initial costs related to event preparation, including equipment ordering and logistical arrangements. By paying the retainer, the client commits to the agreement, understanding that this fee ensures availability and dedicated resources necessary to fulfill their rental needs.
- In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your event, we will transfer your retainer to a new date at no additional charge.
15. Right to Cancel
- Perennial Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel this contract if we determine that obligations cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, we will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred prior to the cancellation.
16. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Each party shall be responsible for its own arbitration costs. The arbitration will take place in Flemington, New Jersey, before a single arbitrator. The judgment rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court with appropriate jurisdiction.
