Our Minimum Order Policy
At Perennial Rentals, we are dedicated to providing beautiful high quality floral arrangements to elevate your event. To ensure we accomplish that we have established a minimum requirement of $1,200 on all orders.
Late Night Pick Up
Each order includes a complimentary pickup scheduled for 9 PM. While we’re happy to accommodate pickups after this time, please note that any rentals collected past 9 PM will incur an additional charge. For pricing details, please refer to the list below.

Delivery & Fees
We are proud to serve the entire state of New Jersey, as well as select parts of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Each order includes complimentary delivery for the first 30 miles. For any distance beyond this a round-trip travel fee of $1.50 per mile will apply.
The complimentary 30 miles extend from Fort Washington, PA.
For bookings in Pennsylvania and Delaware, we travel a maximum delivery distance of 95 miles from Fort Washington PA.
Set Up Policy
Included in every order is set up for one location, this will cover the setup of your rental items by our movers and/or florist at a single location. Should you wish to move the rentals from the ceremony to the reception or any other location, additional fees will apply. These fees may vary depending on the number of items being moved and venue location.
In Person Appointments
Due to the size and complexity of our products, we do not conduct in-person appointments to showcase them. Instead, we are committed to providing you with clear and detailed photos and videos, ensuring you know exactly what you’re renting. We also participate in bridal shows offering couples the opportunity to see our arrangements in person. To stay informed about upcoming shows and more be sure to subscribe to our emails and follow along on social media.
Customization Options
We offer a variety of customization options to enhance your experience. To begin, we can add colors to any of our arrangements for an additional charge, though we cannot remove flowers from existing arrangements. We are open to collaborating with couples for custom projects. Once completed, these arrangements will be available to both the couple and all future clients. We will only take on a few projects to maintain the highest quality, so don’t hesitate to inquire about availability and pricing—these spots fill up quickly!
